2.30am.
it's been a while since i felt so awake at this hour and having many things run through my head. met my primary school friends just now. it felt great. it's the first time ever that i spoke so much with them. and it felt comfortable. and familiar. and good! im glad i joined the peeps whom i weren't that close in the past.
it made me feel like... we are all out there experiencing life in different ways, in different perspective. and then, come together and make conclusions out of it. learn from each others' experiences. and what do we exactly want in our lives?
there's one, going out for PhD. i'm happy for her. can for PhD and she's doing something that she loves. studying. damn. if only i have that brain. but anyways, in the past, i had better results than her. and now, a PhD on her way. it's good. it's good. on the other hand, i feel that she's somehow missing out in life. mean me. but yah. my perspective. four years later, she'd have acheived her PhD. by then, she'd be 27. dreading age. if i'm a guy, i wont mind going for that, provided i have the brain. she's quite the hardworking and down to earth type. so yeah. im happy for her.
then, there's another who has a heavy burden to shoulder. bills bills bills. ranging from telephone bills, to education bills, to house loan bills. well, she's like the head breadwinner in her family. and those are the things she needs to pay. amounting to almost a $1700. besides, she has to take the responsibility as the eldest daughter, to carry the responsibility, take care of matters within the family. from money, to relationships. all these, make a her very strong person with strong character. and her, ending her relationship of 4 years, was a good move and she can be all so positive about it. furthermore, that relationship was heading towards marriage plans. owells, anything can happen isn't it. haha. i still stick to what i think, two years of r/s and marriage. ha. im glad that she's coping well. the burdens are serious burdens. i dun think those are seriously too much to take for a 23 year old girl who is still part time studying.
okay. and another one, she's almost my frequency. what she cares abt, happiness. enjoying life to the max that kind. went to many different places and having fun. places like phuket, etc etc. it's nt abt the places. but how was the place travelled. like say phuket, she was advising me to rent a car and drive. just drive. no need to know exact directions. can follow maps. but for me, i think that's quite dangerous on the account that none of us been there before. im glad for her as well. she's happy. she looks good as well. HA. happiness is payable by looking young and chirpy. ha. happy that she's happy and enjoying life. ps: she's one who has the same perspective as me in maxing out life. despite the office hours, she can stay up till late!. ha.
through these chats, it made me feel that life is so unpredictable. things change. people move on. no one knows what will happen in the future. and i just have to cherish whatever i have in front of me, and max out my utility before it runs out. i was contemplating on how predictable things may seem and how it would actually happen. is it really that certain?
but whatever is it, i'm glad. :)
