people make choices. make choices on the path they want in life. different people have different objectives and goals in different points in time. some may just want to live life without obligations, not having to report a thing to anyone, and can meet whoever they want to meet. some may just want to spend the whole time in the world with their partner. some may just want to be alone-which is not quite possible.
seems like people my age are in the phrase of life where their partners are very important. all getting attached and stuff. and that their partners are their priority. "when you getting married?" is a common question. quite scary. if can't meet friends, meeting boyfriend. but somehow, it's like, things were planned a week ago. not enough time to tell your boyfriend to do other stuff? okok. just my mind running. pardon me. and i think its quite remarkable that people can prioritize so well. for me, i believe in balancing. i dun believe in making my friends feel that they come in second place or like my boyfriend is my priority out front. it can be, but it'd be a more subtle way. some people love it loud, when ppl outrightly put them as priority, they feel good. who doesn't feel good when someone puts you as priority?
yesterday we were at a topic of "the one". it is hard to come by. or rather. once in a lifetime probably. i dont know how this feeling came abt for me. im glad that it gives me that vibe this time round. but i cant help but have to hold back a little as fairytales are seriously fairytales! only in storybooks. im glad yet cynical. which is quite contradicting. shld probably just let loose a lil.
just felt like my thoughts are screaming in my mind for the whole night so gotta pen it down.
