so much insight suddenly. especially this sunday morning.
first, my bro went to his ex's wedding. really happy for her. know her personally and she has a great personality. but i guess, things didn't work out because she just wasn't the right one. i guess. and im really happy for her. can't believe how things would have been if they push so hard to make things work and things aint smooth and easy. i guess, when you feel that someone is the right one, things will just fall in place.
then, i saw a friend's wedding vow. and im really happy for him! his ex is my friend. so apparently, things moved on. and he is really happy now. things didn't work out. like again. probably a difference in character and needs. thereby, just isn't the right one. and it's good that things ended few years back. and looking back, i didn't thought that it was like 3-4years ago. it actually felt like 1yr or 2 ago.
met my cousin at the hospital last night. and it kept me thinking. what could have been if they didn't had a shotgun marriage. their kid is already primary 4/5 which is 11/12 years old. when he is only like 33? things worked out between him and his wife despite the surprising shotgun marriage. i guess, life or god just allow things to happen to people who are capable to work things out. i believe if they didn't shotgun, they would not move on with a marriage and things would have changed greatly. but on the flipside, there are things that i don't know about. i only see it from the superficial point of view.
i guess, when the time is right, the right decisions
will be made for your own happiness. you will hold on to what you
actually feel deep down and do the right actions that will make you not
feel sorry for yourself and make yourself suffer. you will fight for your own happiness and people can call you selfish, but it is a good decision made. 'cause people will move on to find the right love that they deserve.
